Glow sticks are colorful plastic tubes filled with isolated substances that when joined, create a gentle neon glow. The substances can be combined by gently bending the glow stick to break the seal between the two liquids. They come in a multitude of colors, most commonly green, blue, pink, yellow, orange, and purple. They are most often found in raves or in the hands of avid nightlifers. They use them purely for entertainment, rapidly twirling them around their bodies or infront of their bodies. |
